Cristiano Ronaldo ‘wants Manchester United return as he feels cheated’ at Real Madrid

CRISTIANO RONALDO wants to re-join Manchester United, according to reports.
Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly unhappy with Real Madrid's failure to reward him a new contract
The Real Madrid superstar is said to feel cheated by the promises of new terms to his contract.
Spanish newspaper AS claim Ronaldo, 32, has told pals he wishes to return to Old Trafford.

The Portugal captain spent six years at United and won his first Ballon d'Or in 2008, before joining Real in a world record £80million move the following year.

Ronaldo has scored just four La Liga goals this term for fourth-placed Los Blancos and he reportedly feels down because promises to renew his deal have been forgotten.

Club president Florentino Perez reportedly vowed to improve his contract after Ron's stunning two-goal display in last year's Champions League final, where Real triumphed 4-1 over Juventus.
But terms to the deal signed in 2016 have not changed.

And Real's failed move for Kylian Mbappe - and ongoing Neymar pursuit - since the summer have reportedly fractured Ronaldo's relationship with the Spanish giants.
Man United are hoping to complete the £35million transfer of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in the coming days.

But the idea of re-signing their former talisman could be tempting.
Ronaldo has smashed records in Madrid and is the club's all-time top scorer with 423 goals.

He has won two La Ligas, three Champions League titles and four more Ballon d'Or awards at the Bernabeu.
